Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Accommodation for Hire

1.    Formation of the Contract
1.1    Submission of a reservation (following registration) through
www.boutiquecamping.net constitutes an offer by you to reserve the
accommodation specified.  BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd acts as an agent for
the accommodation providers and the booking will be binding upon you
and the accommodation provider when BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd issues a
confirmation of reservation email.  Our staff may contact you by telephone
or other means in pursuit of this confirmation process and a confirmation
email will contain an http link to our payment handling merchant from which you
may make your payment.

2.    Payment Terms and Process
2.1    The total price of the accommodation and the acceptable methods of
payment will be stated on the confirmation of reservation email from
BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd

2.2    Payments by credit or debit card are accepted via “PayPal” following the
http link on the confirmation of reservation/invoice email.
2.3    Immediate payment is required in full for the accommodation reserved

on receipt of the confirmation of reservation/invoice email.
2.4    Invoices outstanding after a 3 day period are liable to loose their
reservation without notice from BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd.
2.5    BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd deducts a small charge from the total price you
pay before passing the balance on to the accommodation provider.
2.6    BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd may also make other deductions from the total
price you pay to cover costs of producing and providing any additional
facilities not provided by the accommodation supplier which constitute part
of your accommodation package (ie. toilet/shower/reception facilities).
2.7    Any such 'facilities charge' referred to above (2.6) may be passed on to

a third party (eg the event organisers) who may administer and produce the

required facilities, or this may be handled by BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd
2.8    On arrival at the event (check-in) a credit card will be required from which

a returnable damage deposit of £50.00 will be reserved or deducted.  This will

be returned/re-imburssed to you  following approval by our staff at check-out.
2.9   Cooling Off Period: This service provided by BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd is
excluded from conditions outlined by the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000.  However, our cancellation policy is detailed
herein.

3.    Reservation Process
3.1    Accommodation is offered from selected suppliers via our website,
www.boutiquecamping.net
3.2    No guarantee of availability is made by BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd at any
stage.
3.3    Upon submission of a reservation to BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd, if
unavailable at that time you will be invited to submit your email address to
join our waiting list for notification.
3.4    A subsequent change in availability for the accommodation you have
expressed interest in will be notified to you by email.  This instance of
notification will be a ‘one time’ notice, with no firm guarantee of availability
made (somebody else may get there before you !)
3.5    Submitted reservations will become ‘pending’ for a brief time before

linking for immediate payment via PayPal.  Our reservation
team may establish contact with you in order to confirm the order.  If you
have not submitted a valid telephone contact number this process may be
limited.
3.6    Confirmed reservations will trigger link for e-payment by PayPal

(a PayPal account is not required, but you have limitations imposed by

them).  PayPal is the most cost effective payment merchant enabling us to

accept flexible payment methods and limit the end cost to you.

4.    Cancellation
4.1    If you cancel the booking after payment has been made we make no
assurance that a refund will be made.  BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd may
endeavour to re-book your reservation to another party, and if successful
will make a refund for the full amount minus a 10% administration charge
and minus any applicable banking or merchant handling fees.  Any refund
sanctioned will be made via PayPal or by posted cheque at our discretion.
4.2    In the event that the festival at which your accommodation hire has been
booked should not take place, BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd will inform the
accommodation provider and request that a refund is made directly to you.

5.    The Accommodation
5.1    You will have access to the accommodation as detailed on the specific
pages of www.boutiquecamping.net relating to your reservation.  
Acceptable check-in and check-out times will be specified.  Access to your
accommodation outside of these times may be limited or refused.
5.2    If you fail to vacate the accommodation by the requisite time and/or fail to
leave the accommodation in an acceptable condition and state of repair
then you agree to forfeit the deposit element of the total charge you paid
for the accommodation and this charge will be paid to the accommodation
provider by BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd.
5.3    BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd maintains descriptions of the accommodation on
its website, based upon information provided by the accommodation
suppliers.  This information is designed to give you a guide to the
accommodation only.  If you have any particular requirements you should
contact www.boutiquecamping.net or the accommodation provider before
submitting your reservation and booking.
5.4    Any rules and regulations relevant to your stay in the accommodation on
offer will be available for you to read at the check-in reception supporting
the accommodation on-site and/or from the accommodation supplier.

6.    Information Provided by You and Data Protection
6.1    You must register through www.boutiquecamping.net in order to submit a
reservation and commence booking for accommodation hire.  Failure to
detail required information accurately (eg. contact telephone numbers)
may mean that your reservation is not confirmed or accepted.
6.2    You must accurately state the number of people for whom you are
booking accommodation.  Recommended occupancy levels are detailed
on pages of www.boutiquecamping.net and the websites of the
accommodation providers.  You should not plan to exceed our
recommended maximum occupancy levels as access control will be
managed to the accommodation areas based upon your guest numbers.
6.3    BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd uses a secure third-party server to manage your
reservation and invoicing. Payments may be made on-line via “PayPal”
(account not required) following instructions on your invoice. Some email
SPAM filters may hinder our communication with you, ensure you use a
suitable email address.
6.4    Data Protection Policy: Although our service is excempt from registration
with the Data Protection Register, in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998 we will follow thier key principles in managing and holding your
personal details for our own limited purposes, in order to provide our
service to you.

7    Disclosure to Third Parties
7.1    BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd will pass your details to the accommodation
provider.
7.2    BoutiqueCamping.net Ltd will hold your data securely and not pass your
personal information on to any other parties unless demanded and
required to under English Law.

8.    Governing Law
