i) Browse the page for the event you are interested in

ii) click on the icons to view descriptions about the accommodation options

iii) click 'Book Now' to submit your reservation (if you haven't registered with us you'll be promted to do so) 

iv) If available, your reservation becomes 'pending' until such time as our office staff manage to contact you by telephone to confirm the order

v)  Once contacted, your reservation becomes confirmed and you will recieve an email from our automatic invoicing system

vi)  you need to follow the link within the invoice email in order to pay for your hire order by PAYPAL (account not required)

vii) At the event, you just check-in at our on site reception where our staff will be waiting for you.
