The returnable damage deposits were a nightmare to administer and all our customers will be glad to hear that we are scrapping them for this season.

If you have seen a reference to them on the website please let us know as we thought we'd got rid of them...

Rather than take a damage deposit, we are getting very 21st century, and, like many other companies that hire equipment, taking credit card details.  

Please remember to check out with us so that we can inspect your accommodation with you.

Their will be a fair and reasonable charge made if any furnishings provided are damaged or missing, if keys (where provided) are not returned, or if the accommodation does not otherwise meet the conditions expected by our suppliers.
