| I have paid,why do I keep recieving payment reminders ? |

We have found a 'glitch' in the payment handling system which causes our system to not recognise when some payments are made. To ensure a smooth payment process please follow this advice.
On confirmation of your reservation you will recieve an email with link to your online invoice. Please follow this link to settle your account via PayPal. VERY IMPORTANT....... On the final payment screen ensure you click the link in bottom left corner of the screen to 'Return to Merchant'.
This will activate acknowledgment of your payment by our system and prevent you recieving our automatic payment reminders.
If you have already paid (and didn't click 'Return to Merchant' !) please advise us of this by sending an email with subject "I didn't click return to merchant" so that we may manually adjust our invoice system. thank you. |
