The Beach huts are 6' wide and the fold out bed is 4' wide - leaving approximately 2' (50cm) free beside the bed.

This will not accommodate most travel cots, although a moses basket or carrycot would  be fine.

There are some sleep suits available that you can zip your little darling in to (restricting movement...) - start getting him used to the idea now.
