I've paid! What now?

Thanks for your payment.

 

You don't need to print off anything that we send to you. If you have received a payment confirmation from us - then bring your order number and name - and  - rest assured that we will be expecting you. If you booked late and have not yet received payment confirmation from us - then either bring cash or proof of payment.


Your boutique accommodation will be set up in an enclosed area on the festival site - If we are in the public camping area, we will still have an enclosed village with a manned reception. In the village there will usually be high quality toilets and showers set up for the exclusive use of our guests.

We will be in touch via email (using the email address you gave with your order) a few days before the festival starts - ie usually the Mon/Tues before a weekend festival.

 

This email will include at least the following information:

 

  1. Parking (which gate to use etc)
  2. Location - Where we will be on the site (usually we'll have nabbed the best spot!)
  3. Reception - Opening hours - Your accommodation will usually be ready when the festival site opens for the public.
  4. Checkout - Please checkout and collect your damage deposit. 
  5. The paranormal - anything which is happening that's out of the ordinary.
  6. A reminder to have a great festival!
